Drug Raid: Morris County Residents Arrested In Warren County

Six people were arrested after four dispensaries were raided in Hackettstown earlier this month, seizing $20,000 in cash and raw marijuana, authorities said.

Canna Campus, Good Luck Vapes, Smokey Bear and Mom N Pops CBD & Wellness Shops were raided by Hackettstown police, in conjunction with New Jersey State Police and the New Jersey Division of Taxation, on Tuesday, April 9, Acting Warren County Prosecutor Anthony Picione said.

Joseph Lanzisera, a 28-year-old Scranton resident, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous with intent to distribute marijuana in a in a quantity of more than 1 oz. but less than 5 lbs., Picione said. He was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana, in a quantity of more than 6 oz., Picione said.

Marlon Carbajal, a 30-year-old Netcong resident was  charged with possession of a controlled dangerous with intent to distribute marijuana in a in a quantity of more than 1 oz. but less than 5 lbs., Picione said. He was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana, in a quantity of more than 6 oz., Picione said.

Shiva Khosla, a 26-year-old Rockaway resident, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous with intent to distribute marijuana in a in a quantity of more than 1 oz. but less than 5 lbs., Picione said. They were also charged with possessing currency, $11,899, that was derived from criminal activity, Picione said.

Kimberly Aiello, a 35-year-old Mt. Arlington resident, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous with intent to distribute marijuana in a in a quantity of more than 1 oz. but less than 5 lbs., Picione said. They were also charged with possessing currency, $4,755, that was derived from criminal activity, Picione said.

Raymond Brown, a 48-year-old Great Meadows resident, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous with intent to distribute marijuana in a in a quantity of more than 1 oz. but less than 5 lbs., Picione said. They were also charged with possessing currency, $1,244, that was derived from criminal activity, Picione said.

Michael Scardigno, a 33-year-old Phillipsburg resident, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous with intent to distribute marijuana in a in a quantity of more than 1 oz. but less than 5 lbs., Picione said. They were also charged with possessing currency, $3,876, that was derived from criminal activity, Picione said.
